Do you send the outreach for us?

No. We prepare the lists and the copy; you send from your own tools and your own domain. That keeps your deliverability and your relationships in your hands. The guide includes sending advice.

Where does the data come from?

Open-web research: company sites, newsrooms, reputable business press and public filings. Every trigger links to the page it came from, and every contact is grounded on a page we actually read.

How are emails verified?

Every address passes through a commercial email verifier before delivery. Addresses ship labeled valid or catch-all; anything weaker never reaches you. Valid emails that hard-bounce within 30 days are replaced free.

What if the targeting is off?

Update your targeting from the portal any time; changes apply from your next drop after a quick review. Rejected directions feed back into research.

Can you match my CRM's import format?

Yes: HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo and Salesforce presets are built in, plus generic Excel and CSV.

Is this compliant with CAN-SPAM and CASL?

Emails include the required opt-out line and your postal address. Canadian contacts are flagged with CASL guidance. Sending responsibly remains your call, and the guide spells out exactly what that means.
